In this post, I am going to share some difficult truths to hear and some important lessons that will allow you to make the most of your time.
Lesson 1 – Time is your friend (not your enemy)
If you always think you don’t have enough time, you will never have enough time. Because thoughts become things. Certainly not physical things, but how we think about something can affect how we feel about it and this is extremely true over time.
Here’s the Deal: Time is a constant. It is neither bad nor good. This is what an immutable force and if you stop trying to fight defeat against time, you will be much more productive.
So, what is the solution?
Stop saying “I don’t have enough time” or “I’m too busy” – take time for what you have. It may sound a bit ‘out’ but it works. Once when I was saying about a word that wasn’t constantly long enough.
My productivity finally decreased and my stress levels skyrocketed. I was always concerned because I couldn’t accept my time-based limitations. I had to take something, I stepped back and remembered how I thought (and said) that time.
Eventually my stress levels decreased and my productivity levels increased. It was quieter and less resistant. As a result, I began to see my business accelerate progress. Once you stop time on your mind like some kind of problem. You will feel calm, less resilient, and progress will be more natural.
Lesson 2 – Set realistic expectations
Time is finite and while I’m going to share some strategies to make the most of your time, it’s important that you set realistic expectations. Until dr. The weird thing won’t happen, chances are you can’t warp spacetime through your will power.
You can only achieve so much. Therefore, when setting a goal, try to breathe yourself. It takes time to create a blog and make it successful. And, I know, looking at awesome and crazy income reports and “well, sure I can do that?”
Then be discouraged if progress is slow. But the reality is that these people have been grafting for years to develop their blog. Some of them have posted thousands of blog posts, videos, and other types of content and of course there are others who can show fairly rapid progress, but often forget to mention their over 10 years of marketing experience. So keep up the pace.
Give yourself enough time to develop your blog and you are more likely to retain that motivation and as a result, you will be more likely to succeed. Most people are not successful because they leave too soon.
Lesson 3 – Clarify your ultimate goal
Before you can formulate your blogging strategy, you need to know where you are going. You must have a clear end goal in mind. Something to try. I haven’t talked too much about goal setting here. We have a full article on it, but it’s important to understand it as soon as possible.
Many bloggers point to a monthly dollar amount that works well because it is specific and mediocre. This amount may be the amount you want, but remember what I said earlier: Be realistic with your expectations. There must be something specific to test for the important part.
If the goal is too loose and open, you will never reach it because you will never be 100% sure of what you are looking for. If your goal is to make money from your blog, just fill in a monthly dollar figure. Even if you secure your goal in the future, it is important regardless.
Lesson 4: the most efficient way to achieve your goal
Once you have your ultimate goal in mind, you must formulate a strategy that enables you to achieve that goal in the most efficient way. Some development strategies will allow you to get there quickly.
For example, monetizing a blog with AdSense will probably be very slow if you compare that blog is monetizing with courses + affiliate links. Especially since you can recruit associates to sell the course for you (Ching Ching!)
You should also consider the effectiveness of traffic strategies in relation to your demonetization strategies and, SEO would be a big traffic booster for affiliate bidding, but this type of traffic is less likely to click on ads.

Lesson 5: give yourself less time to complete tasks
This is in the relationship that I mentioned earlier. While you should be realistic about your expectations, you should avoid giving yourself so much time that you lose the urge. The work expands to fill the time given by us. Give it less time and you will finish your work quickly.
Lesson 6: use grouping by time to advance more in less time
I know some bloggers who spend an hour or two each time on their blog. There is nothing wrong with this. You have to go to work with you. Personally, I feel that if I take 4-8 hours to work on my blog.
I can make more progress. If I spend 30-60 minutes every few days, then everything I need to do takes a long time (unless it’s something simple like social media management etc.)
Lesson 7 – Classify your work environment
Have you ever noticed that your stress levels increase with the amount of disorder in your work environment? In my marketing agency days, I felt like I had to put my foot down (so to speak) and go out 100% of the time.
Working as hard as possible. As a result, my work environment would look messy and messy. Which would reduce returns in terms of productivity. One day my boss asked me to take a morning vacation and work out my work environment.
Carry out procedures. Delete millions of post-it notes on my desktop, etc. At first I thought my boss is crazy. I already felt like I had as little time as I needed to finish my schedule for the day. Despite taking my morning leave, I finished all my work.
Lesson 8 – Don’t let functions become gremlins
Many years ago, there was a blog post that I started writing. My plan for the position got out of control. I have reached and reached a creative path. Publishing became a problem for me and became a Garmlin article. Looking back, it was completely irrational to see it as some kind of problem.
So, 18 months later, I went back to the post, rewritten it, and finished in the afternoon. And I wonder what the hell he was really avoiding. If you ever feel like you’re putting something off, you should get on with it as soon as possible.
Lesson 9 – Jump from the hamster wheel to ‘Endless Planning’
As bloggers, it is easy to immerse yourself in information and be distracted by all the strategies we can use, which we make little progress. The easiest way to deal with this problem is to create a simplified plan and stick to it.

Lesson 10 – Maintain a healthy work-life balance
If you’ve spent a lot of time looking at Instagram, you’ve probably come across accounts that promote grinding and scam on any type of work balance. Personally, I think this approach may be unhealthy in the long run. I’ve been grinding and pushing for a long time. In the early days of the Blogging, I was doing as much work as possible.
I recently had a dream at a marketing agency and the excitement intoxicated me. In the week, I leave home at 8 in the morning, open the office for the team, deal with clients, etc. Usually, I come back at 7pm, cook junk food because I was tired, and then work in the blog assistant.
Over the weekend, I’m dividing my time between a blogging assistant and a video game blog that I was running with some friends. However, there was no balance between work and life. It had a team: go away and I felt like I was winning, until the moment I wasn’t.
Lesson 11 – Outsource to scale faster
One of the best ways you can free up your time is to start outsourcing. This is certainly not something you can usually do when you are just getting started. But, as soon as you can justify it, outsourcing is a great way to save time and move fast.
You can outsource almost anything these days:
- Content writing
- Blog management
- Blog creation
- Reading test
- Graphic design
- Content promotion
Outsourcing was something I found difficult in the early days. I loved doing things myself and hated spending money. But I wish I could complete it soon. For example, I am excellent at graphic design. I used to spend about an hour creating a painted image and a Pinterest image for a blog post and they look so terrible.
I didn’t like spending so much time on something and it wasn’t very good, it doesn’t make sense. Now, I outsource graphic design work to DesignPickle. I am writing a summary for a few minutes – email it and receive the photos the next business day. But you can outsource more than you don’t like.
